To boost the sound with a double din car stereo
If you got double din car dash, a single din unit will fit easily but leaving a gaping hole in the dash. A double din slot in your dash is sized perfectly for a full-color widescreen display. If you'd rather not deal with an unsightly hole in the unused portion of your dash opening, a double din car DVD player is well worth looking into. Not only will it fit better into your car, most double din units offer more user-friendly controls simply because of the fact that the manufacturers have more surface area to place larger buttons, knobs, and displays.
Whether you have a new car or inherited the family hand-me-down, one thing you will want to assure is in working condition is the stereo. Nothing makes for a longer drive than nothing to listen to. A double din car stereo will enhance your driving experience with quality sound, and most even have a dock of your iPod. So not only can you enjoy your favorite stations on a long drive, but your favorite tunes too.
You can hardly enjoy your drive if the music that you play while driving bust into your ears. A good car audio installed at your car makes the drives a therapeutic experience if you are out for a long drive or during long traffic jams of rush hour, it can be your only companion. Moreover, music plays with your mood and the music coming out of double din car stereo head units sets your mood.
Considering modern humans close affinity with technology most of car owners just love to incorporate their car audio system with dash DVD player, iPhone and iPod compatibility and Bluetooth connections. The double din car stereo provides these requirements to you. Many of these audio systems have AM/FM radio, CD/DVD playback and USB slots which are equipped to read the USB device upon plugging. These units provide support to your hard drive, thus your music can play itself from its main source without being burned on CDs and DVDs. Many new and high range models of double din car stereo features touch screens, digital wireless remote, iPod and Bluetooth. These are precisely the digital models enhanced with digital support system. The digital model also allows you to use GPS navigation system while you are watching a movie at the same time.
I couldn't agree more about the therapeutic effect of music and I can't think of a better way to handle it through a double din car DVD player.

Do all car dash stereos are compatible with all the cars out there?
I want to buy a car stereo for my car cause its pretty messed up and well i want to get it off ebay but my question is do all car stereos fit in all of the cars? or only some of them work only in certain cars? i dont want to waste my money on something i cant install in my car...
Check the dimensions of the stereo and your stereo. If it's the same make and model (sometimes years can be different) then, yes, it's fine. If you buy a stereo that's too small for the hole in your dash then you can buy something to fix it at walmart (a "dash kit" or somthing like that). It's like $13.
With most different stereos you will need to buy an adapter (no more then $20). You just hook up the wires and plug it in.
