Where do we start? Years ago sex was either referred to when discussing what a newborn's gender was or perhaps as a hot topic in biology class.

Nowadays you can't get avoid the topic or at least images or conversations about it. Simply watch a little T.V. and you are bombarded by commercials regarding being prepared for when the moment is right.

Then you open a magazine and see pictures of barely clothed individuals that would have been only seen in a magazine wrapped in a brown paper bag years ago.

The bottom line is that couples are often reminded about being intimate and it's important to make sure your sex life (with your spouse) is fulfilling and meeting expectations. Don't be afraid to ask your spouse is there anything more you can do to make him or her happy. Don't wait for someone else to fill a missing void and break up your marriage.

Lies Marriage Breakers

Don't get used to or comfortable being deceitful or lying to your spouse. Little white lies or hiding or withholding information that can come back to bite you in the rear later are not worth doing.

If you walk around knowing you have been lying or hiding key information from your spouse it can turn into a marriage problem. Once uncovered trust becomes an issue and then commitment is question and other marriage issues begin to surface. Make sure you are honest no matter how painful it is.

Videos Marriage Breakers

Technology is a gift and a curse. Cell phone cameras and pictures on YouTube or surfing the web endless hours of the night can all lead to marriage issues.

Spending hours playing Facebook or MySpace games i.e., staring at farm crops and animals instead of your spouse can lead to marriage breakers such as loneliness and feelings of abandonment.

I won't even mention folks who spend too much time playing video games instead of with their spouse.

How can I add insulation to an electrical panel (breaker box)?

My breaker box is in a main room (not a basement or utility room) of my house. The draft coming in from it is unbelievable. I have stuffed some foam blocks into the empty spaces without a circuit breaker, but there is still a huge draft. Is there any material I can use safely, either behind the metal face plate (around the backs of the breakers/wiring), or between the exposed surfaces of the breakers/face plate and the cover of the electrical panel? I also plan to cover the whole thing with a decorative wall hanging, but that by itself won't do much, either.

Do not stuff any insulation inside the breaker panel. There needs to be sufficient air space to prevent the possibility of the wires overheating. The problem is the lack of insulation in the wall around the breaker panel. If there is a conduit running directly from outside the house to the panel, the opening around it may not have been sealed up completely. Check and repair this as well. You may have to call an electrical contractor to remove the panel from the wall, so you can get insulation around and behind it.
